Glossopoeia is an umbrella project for ideas related to language creation, other mathematical and philosophical musings, and the occasional mountain or two. It was created by Rob Kleffner, the maintainer here. He'll probably be the only one writing for a little while.
Glossopoeia is a Latinized version of the combination of two ancient Greek words, meaning broadly 'the making of languages'.
A glossopoeist is someone who creates languages. It's a fine term, to be sure, but could be made more fun by the removal of a couple letters: glossopoet. Makes one feel more like an artist that way.
